Bit of a tangent but got thinking after my last post… Has there been a pro from Birmingham either? KV never turned pro, Marcus Palmer has a board on Casino but that feels like a very local brand so dunno on that one with all due respect. Vaughan was Brum centric for a long time but is from Worcester.
Pie Man went to the World Champs doing freestyle in Vancouver in the mid 80’s. Think he was in the pro bit but didn’t have a board tho. Was on Midlands Today and everything.

Genuinly pure inspiration how he’s made it all work out for himself now though.
