Anyone know of anybody who has their second jab yet? My mum has her second one this Thursday.
Mrs grandmother is getting her 2nd in the next week or 2
I had my second on Friday. Had my first in December - they had 11 doses of Pfizer left over at the end of the day at an old people’s home near my house that they had to use or throw away, so they invited locals to have it.
Tories get the Pfizer, the proles get the Astra Zenica. Hmmm.
Jk
Yeah, generally the side effects from the second jab are likely to be worse than the first so expect that. I’ve got my second one on Easter Sunday.
Not been offered my first jab yet mate
I’ve not been bad so far, touch wood. Arm feels a bit bruised but that’s about it.
They also say that people who’ve had Covid in the past can sometimes have worse side effects because their immune systems are already primed
Whose they, always they.
It’s been a year today/yesterday(?) since the very first lockdown. A whole year of living in limbo.
Fucking dog shit hate it.
My mum, who’s 80, had her 2nd jab last week and has had no side effects whatsoever.
That must feel like quite a relief.
Apparently the side effects tend to be less the older you are.
My wife had her second jab last week. Was a bit rough the next day or two and then was exhausted in the third day. After that was right as rain again.
Mother in law has covid now. Seems to be ok so far…
i booked a holiday to majorca for the last week of june - a few weeks ago hungover(unwise)…- so bojo and the ppe mafia had better not just their adjust their freedom plans or its bailed kickflip in front of a burning wheelie bin time.
My 87-year-old grandma had it and had zero symptoms. Remember it’s “just a cold” for most people. Hope she’ll be alright.
My Parents had theirs last week, my Dad said he had a dead arm for 6 hours and that was it.
My 85 yr old Nan was fine too, she lives off pharma though so she’s probably immune to everything at this stage
I have Covid for the second time now, the first time was pretty mild. This time it’s completely knocked me off my feet, the mental fogginess is surreal and completely makes you feel like you’re not yourself
