Covid

That was news to me - the Chinese Communist Party taking US funding for one of its secure research facilities. But apparently it actually happened. It seems a US organisation called the EcoHealth Alliance gave a grant of $600,000 to the Wuhan Institute.

This will probably be labelled as misinformation by some but it’s a fascinating long form discussion and he references almost all of his assertions around covid.

He was sacked from LBC for spreading a load of conspiracy shit.

Yeah but other than that he’s a reliable source right?

If antivaxxers were capable of reading something like that without dismissing it as fake news or vaxx propaganda then they wouldn’t be antivaxxers

Wife has just tested positive. She’s still testing reasonably regularly because of working in childcare, and a couple of her colleagues tested positive this week. Trust it to come to us after both of us have worked all the way through (even covering extra shifts due to Covid-based absences) and it comes to us after the legal requirement to isolate ends. Could’ve done with the week off.

Mrs is positive, I have to WFH until I basically get it.

In other news.

My wife had her first negative test yesterday morning and I managed to avoid it for the whole 9 or 10 days, despite not forcing her to stay in one room, continuing to share a bed and letting her have full freedom of the house. 4 people on my team at work have managed to come down with it though, cutting my team in half and doubling my workload, which is fantastic.

The FDA have just released many documents relating to the Pfizer mRNA vaccine which list many adverse events and deaths in their initial study. It is concerning that people were not given this information initially when deciding whether to take the vaccine or not.

This is a video by the Nurse lecturer and academic Dr John Campbell reviewing some of the information in quite a measured way.

Did you read the article I posted.

I find this more concerning.

Yup. Mrs still fucked, I’m testing negative still.

I did. Although I haven’t read the Lancet article it mentioned yet.

Half my team - 6 people - are off with Covid at the moment and none of them had caught Covid prior to a few weeks ago.

The film industry seems to be rife at the mo, crew on my department regularly testing positive, some have it bad ( underlying health conditions ) others just the usual mild symptoms.
They seem to be catching it all from home ( children or housemates).
The same for other depts too.

It’s certainly not going away and we still implement old restrictions and isolation rules that the government has torn up .

It’s on the rise again. Funny that .

Just my own anecdotal experience I know but feel like I know of more people getting it now than ever. I suppose it’s not too surprising though given that there’s no restrictions now, hospital admissions going up though is worrying and let’s hope that doesn’t continue.

You have shot yourself too many times for me (and likely the majority) to ever take into account what you’re posting as important or trust-worthy.

So strange to keep harping on about it. We get it my dude, you don’t trust it!

I don’t like slow walkers but I’ve stopped huffing past them years ago.
