Just a few stats to go with Graeme Jones’ (NUFC Assistant Coach / Manager whatever the fuck Bruce calls him) appointment to the England backroom staff for the Euros. Just to counter a possible back 5.

> England’s provisional 33 man squad has been announced - to be cut to 26 on Tuesday 1st.

> **Goalkeepers** Dean Henderson, Sam Johnstone, Jordan Pickford, Aaron Ramsdale
>
> **Defenders** Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ben Chilwell, Conor Coady, Ben Godfrey, Reece James, Harry Maguire, Tyrone Mings, Luke Shaw, John Stones, Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker, Ben White
>
> **Midfielders** Jude Bellingham, Jordan Henderson, Jesse Lingard, Mason Mount, Kalvin Phillips, Declan Rice, James Ward-Prowse

> Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Mason Greenwood, Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford, Bukayo Saka, Jadon Sancho, Raheem Sterling, Ollie Watkins
That’s a strong quad alright, definitely one of the best you folks have had for years. Weak links for me would be Pickford, Godfrey, Mings and potentially Kyle Walker.

Probably had more to do with players returning from injury (St Max, Wilson etc) no?

The more these streaks are there to be broken, I think they do happen, a lot of the time, not always but more often than not.
