Interesting text here:
I’d love to ask this guy when supporting Everton wasn’t a miserable experience.
Just middled around for 30 years offering nothing. Being an Everton fan must be grim, and fair play to the people going to the games week on week out.
It would be much more fun for them in the Championship.

to be fair when Spurs, us and Everton were all fighting for top four in the late 2000s and they had David Moyes they were a fun team. Tim Cahill, the Yak, Fellaini, Arteta etc.
fully agree though a few season in the championship winning matches would be good but the owners have poured money into the new stadium

It is. The last 10 years has been so shit. The last time I genuinely enjoyed myself at a game was 2009 when got the FA cup final and scored in 25 seconds. Been downhill ever since 😂
We had a really good start to the season with Ancelotti and signed people like James Rodriguez. Things were looking up. Then Ancelotti went to Real and shit fell apart. Classic.

Sunderland have made some great signings over the last year with Regis le Bris after some horrendously shit ones in the years before him and this fella looks like a great loan- there’s a buy clause, and been coached by Le Bris before, knows couple of the players, fingers crossed!
It’s fun at the top of the championship. Genuinely have no idea who will get promoted out of the top lot this season.
