Ekiteke deal looking likely now.

We tried to sign him from Reims before he went to PSG, I think first or second window after the take over for like 30mil, now looking like 67mil.

This isn’t so we sell Isak. I think he will leave next summer if we don’t win a huge (unlikely) trophy.

Done deal now. Queue endless debate about whether he’ll be in the England squad.

Definitely agree that he’s a good pick up. Almost the perfect signing for both parties

those pens were insane.

their keeper taking the 5th to win it and shanking it into the stands. poor girl will think about that forever

Might be the worst penalties I’ve ever seen

Still can’t get over the fact their keeper saved 3 of our pens and we still went through. Nobody won that shootout

*Excluding Chloe Kelly…

*4 of our pens!

But then she also blitzed hers over the bar. Complete insanity.

Ticket info went up yesterday. £77 a pop behind the goal in the Holte End! Want to come to the pub and watch it with me instead?

Yer Iv just seen. What’s the date?

This isn’t a slight on Villa but £77 is outrageous! Sadly the way it’s going at all EPL clubs. I don’t see it getting better anytime soon either. Owners really don’t understand by pricing out “legacy fans” to bring in “tourists” they will lose the atmosphere that makes going to games so special.

Oh no - full slight on the Villa. I think it’s disgraceful.

That’s £77 for a safe standing ticket behind the goal in The Holte End.

If you want a regular/General Admission seat on the half way line (best view) it’s £82! No kids/OAP concessions in these areas.

These are the prices for all Villa’s Premier League Category A games, of which there are 10 this season.

I think it’s more like owners really don’t care.

Jfc.

Not to be that guy but can we go anyway? haha

I more mean they aren’t the only club guilty of doing this. Wolves just announced their ticket pricing for the season. Cat A games in the “family stand” for non members are £71. Awful!

Shows what I know - i’m struggling to find 2 seats together for the Newcastle game!

They’re currently only on sale to Club Members - to be a member costs £50 an Adult per year, then you buy your ticket on top.

Could be a great signing for Sunderland but I’m struggling to see the appeal from his side.

Jokes aside wish he stayed at Arsenal another year atleast. Incredible signing for Sunderland. Has alway performed very well for Switzerland with less possession so hope that can translate to them.

Interestingly Sunderland were linked to Guendouzi earlier in the summer, clearly in the market for a proper bastard.
