I don’t really even agree with what he said and I don’t think any reference to the Nazis ever really helps but why on earth should he have had to do that?! That doesn’t make it comparable to the Nazis for me. The government are a total and incompetent shower of corrupt shite but that doesn’t make them close to that in my opinion and even use of that word just makes the debate entirely toxic. The Tories should be out by now, we should’ve had a GE after the Truss/Kwarteng shitshow. ---

comparing the language of a right wing Government to the Nazi party is completely fair if (and it’s a big IF) the language is accurate the Tories should definitely be out. it almost feels like they’re trying to make things as bad as possible so that Labour inherit such a shitshow that they only get 5 years ---
