Maybe there’s some confusion in they were a fit and healthy 28 year old with no underlining health issues, that now needs to be on a ventilator?

I meant otherwise fit and healthy. My point is it can seriously affect young people too.

2020 Michael Fabricant of the year award is a tough call but this twat is a strong contender.

Yeah, sorry it was a bad joke. It is something that a lot of people don’t get they look at the coronavirus figures for young people and think “not dead” = “just fine” when what it often means is gravely ill and with permanently damaged lungs requiring months of rehabilitation.

PM says to use home delivery services but it seems literally impossible to book. what do?

You can go out to the shops still, just not as a family day out (if you have kids). Just go get what you need and get back straight away.

Offy 20 steps away is looking like a good idea for this evenings supply.
Really could use some bud in times like this.

Brexit and now this, do you think the golden oldies have secret meetings where they hatch up new ideas to fuck anyone younger than them over because it doesn’t matter to them?

This is the backlash from how the government have acted over the last few years. They’ve spent 4 years telling everyone not to listen to experts or facts, and that they’re free to treat whatever opinion they choose to have as gospel. This is where that gets you. They can’t be surprised that masses of people aren’t taking this seriously. That coupled with the measures laid out yesterday still being open to ‘interpretation’ from people who don’t feel like following them. We need stricter enforcement. This country is too stupid to act of its own accord

I wonder how an idea circulated across the population to cancel direct debits to utility companies in a bid to cut outgoings would go.
So far they’ve offered fuck all in terms of respite and I fail to understand how profiteering right now is within the interest of anyone.
Money.may as well be written off in these times.
