Someone pointed out that you might end up with a 40 year old stood outside a shop asking a 50 year old to go in and buy a packet of fags for them.
Cigs will cost Ā£200 a packet in 2049 when that 40 year old is asking the 50 year old to buy them anyway.

They banned vapes here a while ago and I stopped for a bit but then realised they still sell them everywhere. But theyāre getting harder to come by now and Iāve basically quit for the last couple of months
As long as Iām still free to fall off the wagon occasionally and cane 40 cigs while Iām on a long weekend in Malaga, I have no issue with this
In fact they should have free cigs for fiftysomething ex-smokers in pubs and clubs, if you can prove that you just want a few blasts while youāre pissed with your old mates then you get a pack of 5
Banning ten packs was dumb AF for this exact reason. I donāt mind having a few on a big night out but now the only option is a big pack that you have loads left over or a vape that lasts over a week.
I probably havenāt smoked a real cig since I left the UK though. Itās deeply uncool here and I donāt want the smell on me

I quit smoking in 2011. Was on 40 a day. I think a pack of 20 fags was like 5-6 quid, I was getting duty free baccy for the last few years I smoked so 50g was around a fiver.
How much is 20 cigs and a like a 25g pouch of baccy these days?
