I mean it is Wainwright. I never knew he had two pro shoes. Not just colour ways? Actual pro models?
Hated the first one, the second couldāve been nice if it was slimmed down even a little bit.

Yeah, redundancy money isnāt paid out of generosity, itās a legal requirement in a lot of places based on length/continuity of permanent employment, which sometimes gets sweetened based on seniority to ensure that your knowledge isnāt entirely out the door if itās needed, or shares get bought out etc etc.
Going from being a contracted pro to probably a contracted TM (or sales rep or whatever) wouldnāt class as continuous employment and qualify for redundancy. The risk of being let go at any point would/should have been factored into your ongoing contracted salary amount.
Also, no company being picked apart by financial vultures and making cuts etc is going to pay a single penny they donāt have to.
