I hope i haven’t made that up.
I feel confident that he didn’t get the prize money though. Fingers crossed Berra doesn’t do me for defamation.
I personally don’t think his skating is really worthy of monetisation and I feel like he’s doing this more for himself than an attempt to get big on YouTube.
Was just looking at the Berrics insta to see what they’d been up to recently, and I read the caption ‘ready to be shredded’ at the exact moment the guy on c4 news said ‘infrastructure has been ‘shredded’.
Possibly.
I had to slomo a couple of tricks because what I saw and what was labelled needed verification but so far so good.
I predict prt 3 to involve late tricks.
Still pushing out tricks in the rain like a boss.
He’s obviously lurking if Cheeto got s feature.
I’m so stoked on this. Some weird honkers with the body varials but already on some weird shit that I’ve just never even considered.
I’ve never seen a frontside impossible before.
Was that a video staple during the pressure flip dark days in the early 90s?
Yeah, that I’ve considered if the fs impossible could be done before and thought nah. It’s just an impossible but fair play. That fakie front foot impossible big spin. Can’t get my head around that
I’ve always called it ‘that thing koston did in the es game of skate’. It’s like a half impossible and you catch it in anti casper and flip it back from whence it came. Casper flip is more like half a kickflip caught in casper and then flipped back
Yeah man - go on Jamie!
Loved that last 8 or so being done in the rain. Where is he from? Galway?
He makes 360 inward heel stuff look great - very difficult to do.
not to be too nerdy (ah what am I saying this is an online skate forum) but would love him to break down how he actually approached this.
there’s got to a spreadsheet and then how he grouped the tricks and knocked them off. easiest first I assume. and so many missed attempts. listen, fair play. bring on the next 100
Getting this quirky in the second set of 100 is only alluding to how ridiculous and possibly tenuous the next 800 will be. I’m here for it though. I’d have loved this when I first started, he’d have been a god in my eyes i’m sure as was Alex Moul at the time, I guess doing similar stuff for the time.
He made some of those hard tricks look really smooth, like the regular and fakie backside gazelle flips (I wouldn’t call them that but he’s doing them and I’m on my sofa so what do I know?).
The ending with the missed ollie over the wall and Cheeto was awesome!
