Hey guys, I’m trying to get us out there so need your help to spread the word. We are currently on Airbnb, our website is incoming (very soon hopefully!)

> Welcome to Nollie Woods – the only holiday let in England with its very own skate ramp. Tucked away in peaceful woodland, this unique retreat blends stylish comfort with adrenaline-fuelled fun. Whether you’re here to relax under the trees, explore...
We have a little cabin with a 3ft mini ramp just outside of the dog/kid proof garden.
Our aim is to let this cabin year round, make some £’s to put a roof over the mini so that is also usable all year. We are also in contact with a couple of charities HeadonBoard and The East Sussex Veterans Hub in the hope we can offer some foc respite stays.
We would like to further develop our place and add a couple more units for stays, a veg garden, another mini…you get the idea. I’m perhaps over sharing but want to share our vision and promote conversation.
Obviously we need to make money to pay our bills and feed our kids but the more we can generate the more we can develop and offer.
So I’m here to shamelessly promote but also to see if anyone comes up with any stonking ideas.
Thanks guys
Lee

I know you didn’t ask for feedback, but I’d get rid of the AI picture of Jesus.

Looks like a nice spot.

Am sure this would appeal to someone on here, surely?!
I’d want to know more about the ramp. How wide is it? Marine ply? Is it under a tree? For it’s main selling point there’s surprisingly little about it.
Only sleeping 3 might be an issue - I love a ramp but it rules me out as I have 2 kids!
