I’m listening to NOFX’s book, ‘The Hepatitis bathtub and other stories’ on audio book. It’s wild. If it was any other band I’d say the stories were too crazy to be real ---

So far it’s just covered drinking your girlfriends piss, getting into S&M, friends being murdered, heroin and fisting. I’m sure they’ll cover later career regrets further on in the book ---

Update, I just listened to the Hepatitis bathtub story and tbh, they can get a pass for doing a track with Frank. Nothing is that bad in comparison ---

Fat Mike proved punk bands can cover almost any song anyway with ‘Me First and the Gimme, Gimmes’… ---

Anyone here do climbing? I got taken to an indoor bouldering thing at the weekend, great fun and I feel like I’ve been beaten up today (in a good way), going to do it regularly I hope. ---

Yeah, boulder most weeks. Love it, proper good workout and a lot more fun than going to the gym. Have to be careful with the superhero landings being a sturdy gent mind. ---

I’ve never been to a gym/hate running because of the repetitiveness but I think this could be a regular thing. bought some tiny shoes today. ---

I don’t mind trail running, can’t stand the gym. If you’ve bought the shoes then you’re in it for life… Chak bag is a good investment too, unless you’re using that newfangled liquid stuff. I managed the hardest route I’ve done in a while last Friday (Font 6a I think) - well chuffed. ---

I always spend ages choosing a ringtone whenever I get a new phone, then switch it off and just leave it on vibrate 4 life. I’m not much of a Nick Cave fan though. ---

they aren’t allowing chalk in the one we are going to at the moment, just that liquid stuff so may invest. my day to day life involves loads of lifting/carrying/pulling but my poor little fingers seem to have been ignored all these years. ---

I’ve done some top-rope stuff indoors here and it was great fun. So much fun, I’ve let it slide. There’s a really good outdoors spot near me in a picturesque old quarry and a bouldering gym (?) about 5km away, so I should go more. It’s rad.
