I’ve only had chicken pizza once and it was some kind of bbq sauce frozen thing…absolutely rank. I used to love Chicago town microwave pizzas. Pizza Hut. All that stuff. I was really excited to eat 7-11 pizza at a gas station for the first time.
This is my favourite pizza now, I have it all the time. It’s just sauce and grana padano, no mozzarella. Loads of black pepper. It’s banging.
Pizza is a just a round flat sandwich right?

Organic bread, horseradish, smoked trout fillet, dill, lemon juice, shallot, homemade celeriac remoulade with cayenne pepper.
Was better than it looks.

Just got back from Japan (CMOAC) and fuck me do they do sarnies well.
Despite all the amazing food out there one of the most magnificent things I had was their egg sarnies from 7 Eleven.
I can’t explain how good they are. Bread soft and crustless, slightly sweet. Egg mayo is creamy, sweet and luxurious. Top that off with being cheap as cheaps.
Finish that off with the strawberry and custard sarnie and you’re living the dream!

My mate just got back from Japan and he was also raving about egg sandwiches from the 7-11. On more than one occasion. I assumed he was exaggerating but you saying the same adds legitimacy to his claims…

I can’t stress enough how good 7/11 is over there (All convenience stores).
They’re all full of good quality fresh food and that’s what makes the difference.
Like the Sushi and bentos from there are all lush.
Basically every night when we were getting back to the hotel I’d get a cheeky fresh snack before bed.
Tbh everything about Japan is amazing, it’s the best place I’ve ever been.

@anonymity @jamjar Yeah Lawson was dope as well! Lawson’s tended to have better choices of cream based snacks but the strawberry sarnies were always sold out!
Didn’t really like the Family Marts as much but it was still much better than any corner shop in the UK.

I rate crusts but on the soft egg sarnies over there the lack of crust added to the lovely softness.
