How does that person get a job if they don’t know anything?
Dude really?
What do you mean?
I mean Ive worked for loads of different places and there always seems to be a sample of absolute muppets that look the part, interview well, talk a load of bullshit, come in and fuck things up then leave to the next thing before their first annual review leaving everyone behind to either start from scratch or like etnies, scrape together the fall out and try to make a go of it. They usually work in sales but ive seen it in global brand manager, creative directors, business development consultants. Its everywhere. The point was it shouldnt be surprising people that have no idea what they are doing get decent jobs, the trick is keeping the job
Ball baggers
Yep. I swear, every company I’ve worked at where you can see the downward spiral…it is this.
Someone comes in, doesn’t wait to see what works and what doesn’t. Just makes a load of changes in the first 6 months and then moves on.
I usually find those people are gone within 3 years max. Make it look profitable and run before they see that its all based on discounting and zero integrity.
Would work if the skate team was in a good place…then it doesn’t look like YouTubers are your main team. I get you, tho.
Please refer to education where 80% of people are exactly this
Sorry what do you mean like teachers. I’m missing something as Iv never got a job I know fuck all about
Nearly all industries are full of people who have no idea what they are doing. Higher up you go, the more common it is.
Yep.
You’ll never, ever make up management with your knowledge and understanding of your workplace.

I think ‘full of people’ might be going a bit far, in my experience anyway. I’ve definitely seen my fair share of workers who literally just have a face that fits though.
Fuck sake, drone forever

Just need Clarks to join in now.
It’s a samba then
Looking forward to the Jamie Redknapp and Myleene Klass skating ad.
Kelvin Hoefler’s family must be the only people to have been swayed to buy a skate product based on his endorsement.
People are saying in the comments that Louie Barletta skated for them in the past, is that a joke that’s going over my head or did that happen?
Yeah that colour way on paper would sound so bloody terrible but as soon as I got them in hand I was hyped. Straight on foot!
