Almost skipped this one, always thought Jaws would be fucking annoying but actually really enjoyed the interview. Calling out bonelessing on to a handrail as most illegal trick is a very good call also.

Short-lived low-key company that lasted 2 or 3 years in the mid 90s, some kind of attempt at a skate shoe company by Plan B.
I could be wrong but I think they were made in the same factory as Duffs (and Duffs were pretty dope then).
Jeremy Wray had a great shoe on Dukes, a really simple and clean design.
Never saw them here, or can’t remember seeing them here.

Had many of those sketchers as they were exactly the same, great to skate in. We had a weird local discount shoe warehouse and they got those for a while and also Simple shoes. Always had loads of potential skateshoes for real cheap.
That was literally the easiest episode ever. Everyone over a certain age should have gotten it at question 2.

Was the Gonz on Simple for a second or am I miss remembering that? Kind of like, how many younger skaters would know about Sheep now? If that was a clue I’d just automatically think Ed-T (and maybe Manzoori for my second guess).

Yeah, he’s amazing. Him and Simon just didn’t want to come back from the US when they went out there in 1993, and now they’re both successful artists.
