Latest episode is really good. The Penny story hits hard. Not sure if it was around the same timr but I remember hearing from French Fred and Lyon locals, and witnessing it a bit myself, a pretty harsh period when Tom was constsntly wasted or tripping. I rate Sven for doing what he did.

That and the Velcro strap clue got me momentarily fixated on Colin McKay for a while, even though he is quite obviously a vert skater, as he had that DC shoe with a full velcro strap.
My mate had them and they snapped after a week
