That Lazer guy should be on Baker or something. Get a bit of direction from Reynolds and wallop, pro board on the classic red and black design with LAZER

re Alexis I remember being in Barca years back and rolling up to that park with the weird bowled out quarters, diy style, I think it was near the sea? @Londonskater was there I think.
Ben Jobe in full Ben Jobe mode. Playing a melodion. Feet in skier position. Carving around the park and bowls. Fakie. Not even looking where he was going.
So many levels

Lazer skating to Sid Vicious after previously skating to Marilyn Manson is something. Editors hate him!

This is great - big up Al and co for this.
Stoked to be asked for ideas too and that Pastey’s OF Level cover made it in.

Evolved GX1000 crew in Greece - some really reckless stuff in here.
I love Greece and Greek people. Alex T and Notis both kill it

Haven’t watched yet but did notice free and volcom released their Greece trip same day.
Beef?

Free and Volcom collaborated on it. Which suggests that it is quite the opposite of beef.

I know that. I’m just being conceited to try and say thrasher and free are beefing.
I did feel like the gx edit could have almost been a vans edit.

Gotcha. The sentence you’d written read like Free & Volcom releases were separate. No stress tho.
The GX one is weird - because its a Vans bankrolled trip for their GX collab but Thrasher didn’t mention Vans at all.
Vans Europe have some great skaters - but it felt like the least GX release I’ve ever watched. Love Axel Cruysberghs but having him in GX feels very odd. Even having Doobie and Pfanner in there is weird, despite shared SF connections.
Kinda ended up closer to one of those forgettable Vans EU videos revolving around a beer cooler (Except for the first one with the Martino opening section…that wa sick).
Usually everyone I know is talking about the new GX in the days after release but…I didn’t hear anyone mention this at all over the weekend.

So sick. Everything about that was top tier - the editing, the art direction, the skating. The Japanese just do everything better don’t they.
An absolute banger of a nollington heel as well.
A good advert for whatever trucks he’s riding
