Went to an Indian restaurant and had a curry for lunch, saw this gorgeous peacock that I hadn’t seen in a while. His name is Léon and he’s fantastic. I’d love to adopt a peacock one day.

My dad cane home once with 2 peacocks when we were kids. Noisy buggers and they like to roam into neighbours gardens.

What the fuck did your old man just randomly turn up with 2 peacocks

Yeah this guy can be noisy too but I don’t mind.
My hens used to roam around freely and that included them spending hours in all my neighbours’ gardens where they definitely shat but everybody loved them.
Right now if I were a millionaire and didn’t have to work or anything I’d buy a farm in a place as remote as possible (but still close to society/shops/etc if that makes any sense) where all my pets could live happily and where no humans would bother us. I’d have cats, hens, goats, a peacock and a pig or two. Oh yeah some rabbits too, rabbits are cute.

I thought most pubs in the old days just did knockoff DVDs or perfume

Ha, long before dvds. This would have been some rural pub on some fancey estate. We had rabbits, goats, ducks, turkeys, bantums, pigs over the years. Only got on with the chickens.

France being France, bloke smoking a snout on a unicycle and my tan that has developed enough to remind me of my underlying, ever increasing white patches. Vitiligo is fine if you’re pale and live in England year round

Nice. I used to live in Bridport. Beautiful neck of the woods.

Very much so. Some breathtaking scenery. We try and get down here every year…
