Makes absolutely no sense.

Fun sidebar, at our wedding 7 years back a friend of mine got into a debate with one of my wives Cornish friends about which order the cream and jam should go on a scone. He was on a pure wind up and was pulling statistics out of his arse to grind her gears. Said girls husband sided with my pal and they ended up having a barney about it and she went off to the toilet crying. The Cornish take it seriously!

Haha brilliant, i know, i live in Plymouth right on the border and one of the first bits of graffiti you see crossing the Tamar bridge says “jam first”, mind you might be a council sign.

In London for the weekend seeing the cursed child with the wife and daughter. Did a trip to the foundling museum in the morning which was right next to the Brunswick building where the filmed scenes for Andor geeked out a bit.

Nah jam. Then you can put a massive dollop of clotted cream on top. The cream properly mixes with the jam as you chomp down to calm the sugar in the jam.

Can we all just start putting jam on the left and cream on the right. The Staffordshire way.

Skateboard collectors are all goobers. Myself included.

Jam on one side of scone, cream on the other then rotate as you put it in your mouth, problem solved forever

Did you see Godspeed?

Sadly no, I only had a day ticket for the Saturday this year. Wished they had played the day I was there though as the other headliners just weren’t my thing.

Vessels (from Leeds) were the highlight for me. Had to make a choice between seeing Mclusky or God is an Astronaut, and opted for Mclusky who were really great. So didn’t manage to see much post rock this year
