I’ve just added a cell for cover images.
Only put the one in there for now (Cover Version…as I had to to hand), but it seems Google lets you upload images to the spreadsheet which is good.
I’ve got lots of cover images, what’s the best way to contribute them?
Post them full res on here OR I can add you in with access to the sheet and you can do it yourself (Which would be great).
I don’t mind doing it if it’s not too difficult. Also when I say lots it’s not lots relative to how many videos there are but like 30-40. I didn’t realise how huge this list had gotten. They’re varying quality too
Its really simple. Theres a cell labelled “Cover”
Highlight the corresponding cell and INSERT>IMAGE>IMAGE IN CELL and then it’ll give you a window to choose your image. You upload from there and thats it.
Sounds good, yeah sign me up
I can’t. You have to go to the spreadsheet and request access.
Yeah, make 'im beg.
One not on the list in the OP is a north east one called ‘way up north’ that was very good. Sorry I’ve missed it mentioned elsewhere.
Added. Any extra info greatly appreciated…
For once, I’m not even being difficult.
People do need to actually go to the spreadsheet and do the request as I have no idea how to do it otherwise…
Link to way up north
@wayout - you have a well maintained Plex skate video cover archive, right?
Correct, nearing 400 videos now. Hopefully I can use this to increase the UK vid presence a bit.
Saw this on Facebook. Ipswich scene video from 1992 ‘Losers’. Features Frank Stephens amongst others.
I don’t suppose anyone has a link to Baghead Flats? Absolutely loved that video, and am specifically keen to see Mike Wright’s part again as he’s a kind of Yorkshire magician.
I’m in the process of sorting an upload of it from Rye/mine original files.
Bear with us.
It was on fucking Mpora but disappeared obviously
Whilst we’re on the subject ive had a song from baghead flats in my head for ages recently and can’t suss it, it’s on one of the shared parts, can’t remember which one. Sounds like a similar kinda vibe to the Jase Brown section song
Filmed on a potato, buried for years and watched through cataracts. Viewable if you squint a bit
I’d like to think my full length video counts. Took 3 years to make and being on this list would be the only shred of recognition we ever get.
