Is it just for certain popular fighters then? I watched 320 like normal through TNT with no additional PPV
yeah just ones they think the UK/EU market will be mostly watching at prime time on TNT. Was hoping everything would go through Netflix to save having 40 subscriptions and still having to juice blackouts.

Are the gloves really the problem though? Eye pokes werenât nearly the problem they are now when I started watching 15 or so years ago. And itâs nearly always the same people reoffending. Youâre always going to get the odd accidental swipe because reflexes make people do weird things in stressful situations, but Pride or Rizin style gloves wonât fix people wanting to splay their fingers at their opponentsâ eye-level. Theyâll find a way, because thereâs too much advantage not to. For me, the reffing needs to change. Currently youâve got the best refs in the world saying âwatch the fingers!â then doing nothing about it, then thereâs a poke and they might step in or they might not, if they do, theyâll just âissue a warningâ by saying âwatch the fingersâ in a sterner voice. Only after theyâve done this twice will they dock a point. For me, first is a point, second is a DQ. No exceptions. Bet it soon stops then.
Next thing people need to do, and I have seen this done a couple of times and itâs worked every time, is punch the outstretched fingers. Ever had a basketball bounce on your fingertip whilst trying to catch it? Itâs fucking awful. Replace a basketball with a jab and at worst you get a reaction and at best you get dislocated fingers. You shouldnât go out to deliberately injure in that way but neither should the cheating fabricants going for the eyes.

Yeah the gloves issue is just Joe Rogan yapping. Only gloves you canât eye poke with are boxing gloves.

NYC card coming up is banging. Looking like a Jan return if rebooked. No saves on any cards in Dec unless they make a late dec one up. First Paramount card in Jan is perfect for them. Unless dana holds off and books Jones V Aspinall for the weird White House card?
