It was weird, after I did the magic school and levelling up 1 handed weapon I could destroy everything in a couple hits
Didn’t use spells, summoning, potions, powers, horses, smithing, enchanting etc. might experiment and run a new playthrough
I did focus hard on destruction and 1 handed weapons so maybe that’s why. I think some people spread the perks too thin but I read a guide saying focus on your specific things you want to level

I just beat Elden Ring and became Elden Lord last night.
I need a break from souls. So I’ve started playing death stranding. Only played through the prologue so far, but fuck me does Hideo Kojima make a good game. World building and atmosphere are incredible.

Really enjoying Cairn on PS5. It’s a climbing/survival game. It’s so good though, really chilled but also absolutely brutal. Proper sweaty palms at the top of some climbs when you know a fall might set you back a whole hour.

I thought I was playing it a lot, and I’m only at 100 hours.
Just had some horrendous Stella Montis games trying to do one of these new quests. Getting shot in the back and killed by ratty players constantly, was getting really pissed off - decided to have one last game and found a bobcat and two (!) aphelion blueprints haha, and got out alive. Made it all worthwhile.

Got a bit obsessed with this game now, it’s just so intuitive and mostly relaxing. Some bits are a proper puzzle too. You need to really plan a few moves ahead then execute perfectly before fatigue sets in and you fall. There’s some walls that don’t allow you to place any protection forcing you to free climb for some trinket or other, number of times I’ve got right near safety, tried to just rush the last couple of moves and paid the price. So good.

That’s insane. No way he found them all in one raid - apparently there’s a duping bug in the game at the moment, could be that? Either way, big come up for you haha.
Was teamed up with a guy the other day, he tried to give me a familiar duck but it rolled off the roof and I never found it.

Looks pretty good for the most part, except it seems to struggle on the harvester game mode on Blue Gate for some reason, the game barely renders.

Mine does this on Series S sometimes. Occasionally it’ll crash when it’s doing that. Apparently it’s a server issue.

Yeah I’ve been getting crashes since the cold snap update. Really annoying, it always happens when I’m stood out in the open - wasn’t sure if it was an issue with my internet but sever issues make more sense
