Be kind rewind

First person to be documented nollie nose grinding a rail, likewise nosegrind bs revert on a rail.
HIs part in Memory Screen is still mental.

He was so highly rated at one point. Dreams of Children part was dope.

Slap’s been quiet of late but it’s just reminded me of this Limosine clip ‘8’.
Still lovely.
Nelly fucking RULES.

I left a comment regarding the Kalis clips and Tony re-editted it…

Been going down a Vaughn Baker worm whole lately. Short story long, listed to an old Bunt episode and they were talking shit on BS nollie flips and I had to watch Vaughn’s one down London Bridge in First Broadcast to remind me how good they can look. Hyped to hear he’s got a Brain Drain episode coming up @BAGHEADCREW. Also love that he may have been skating in Fila Grant Hill ones here. Am I tripping or did he have a photo in Sidewalk skating in those?

What was their general beef with them? Always thought of that as a legit trick. Maybe some people do them sort of muska-like but still

They were saying BS nollie flips always look bad (not calling Muska style ones specifically). I know they can look awkward sometimes but that Vaughn one is a thing of beauty.

One of my top 5 tricks to watch when done right. It’s a rad trick.

Yeah, it’s a lovely trick even in the many ways people do them. The frontside ones are more awkward and ugly.
Never done either trick personally.

Vaughan’s Unabomber intro ad was a nollie back heel.

This was the one 441VM that me and my friends had and shared around when I was younger,

Real at the police auction was a particular highlight.

My very first skate video, I still have it on the shelf. Cairo and Caswell automatically became my earliest favourite pros because of this.

Just watched it - it’s mad this came out 24 years ago and yet I could still recite Cab’s intro to Caswell’s wheels of fortune word for word

Randy Ploesser in and around his hometown of St. Louis out there in the USA 12ish years ago. Good mix of tech and gnar on Midwest crust, rad song too. Awesome ender. Love the tailslide to fakie nosegrind too, such a rare one.
I stayed at a mate’s there around that time and filming a full street section in Missouri is very respectable in my book.

Yeah I think he did in the Filas.
Can’t think what though. Maybe a frontside air at one of the old Ideal events back in the late 90s

Nah man, Worcester (?) race course stairs sequence is bs nollie flip.

I can’t for life of me remember the spot’s name @TerryTibbs or one of the other Midlanders will know. That was a bit of an alternative Lloyd’s/EMb 7 hotspot for a bit. So funny how different it was from the city centre spots it was emulating, stuck in the middle of a field nowhere near the city.

The Worcester Racecourse with the big block stairs is called Pitchcroft :+1:t3:

Sometimes it’s nice to go back and revisit videos you probably didnt watch much when they came out.

Was reading Ed T’s Chromeball, which led to Reese Forbe’s and then the Huf/Reese Closure video:

Might have to dip into the full Closure vid now. Only right
