Wot?! The guy knows how to hustle people for gear for a podcast setup but listen to what he is saying in the video, it’s full of humble brags about his connections at the Berrics. The dude does not seem to know skateboarding and comes across as a desperate grifter. I am not backing Berra, but this dude seems like the worst kind of grind-mindset, podcast bro.
Jah, he had a contract with them to do the Berrics gaming segments but this was only partially fulfilled.

Nein. It was Berra or the Berrics’ general manager who told him to stop making crap gaming videos for the Berrics. Also Berra promised, or led the dude to believe, that he’d be able to get involved in other crap like doing a podcast. The Hyphenate dude did help out with the BATB livestream for a bit but was replaced after a while (no contract).
I feel this video really exposures the contest only style skating that Gustavo Ribeiro does compared the very well rounded skating of Felipe and Carlos

Hmmm… if his content was not worth buying, sucks for him (Hyphenate). Sounds like The Berrics gave him a chance and he wasn’t up to it. With a massive misunderstanding (or no clear communication) on both ends on what the other one expected to put it politely. 10,000 views/hits on a few of his videos is fuck all really in the social media game, especially with the leg up he would of had in contacts and help. Unlike some kid just starting out from his bedroom.
I feel like Berra is going to end up like a Howard Hughes type, alone in a room with Iphones and laptops trying to control the internet, while keeping his piss in bottles in a corner of said room.
