I never even noticed it was spelled Blodney on here. The ‘of’ always really annoyed me, but I just totally missed the Blodney spelling.
The “of” is a Slap reference.

As LS said, it’s a Slap reference. Some dude kept posting in the mid-late 00s topics like “Gino of Chocolate”, “Ellington of Baker” instead of “off”, and it stuck as a joke.

Ha, I like that. I should have spent more time on slap over the years but I could never figure out if I was reading a post or a signature so I gave up. Not exactly work friendly either. But there is some funny shit on there.
A sig-less version of Slap would be nice, one day.
When logged in you can turn off viewing others signatures.
But that’s clearly an ironic ‘of’, surely I can play that card?!

A lot are really funny, there are some great ones. Gets tiresome when it fills half your screen every thirty seconds though.

I think I created this thread originally, but I spelt Blondey’s name correctly and used ‘off’ (I think?!). That would narrow it down to a mod as our double dipper.
