It’s worth trying to run your files through Elevenlabs. They have some pretty good speech extraction/audio clean-up tools - it’s browser based, so it might not be anything near what you need.
it’s just impossible to do in a clean way. Too many overlapping frequencies which no algorithm can differentiate or separate. If you were a “top producer” and mixed everything with clarity and space or created everything in the box it would be easier but thank god you’re neither and you make cool tunes with hardwear so it’s glued on the way in already and it’s all mushed in the stereo field so you cannot unpick that. You’ll end up with whiney weasely stems that don’t really resemble what they would have been. I don’t think software or ai will ever be able to rip things perfectly, even if it learns what the sound might have been if it were stems, it’s still only guessing.
but it’s already started a new art movement right there! Surreal Morphic Realism.
OpenAI whistleblower found dead in San Francisco apartment
Nothing suspicious whatsoever there.
I finally found an ai thing i like
AI music mastering. Mastering is a dark art that I don’t have the time or software to do properly, and getting a pro to do it is at least £30 per track, so I’ve just tried my best with what I have. This thing, if you find a similar track (tone, frequency etc, genre) that’s mastered nicely you upload that as the reference. Some trial and error but when it works well, it’s excellent.
Bit shit for the pro masterers but I suspect they’ll still get work, it’s probably still better done by a human
I think AI will eventually just become a background thing like internet protocols, so nobody will be prompting ChatGPT or whatever, they’ll just be using intuitive apps that use AI for specific tasks like this.
I guess it’ll be in your fuckin toaster by the end of the decade
Could get well douglas adams if they give them personalities
Edit, fuck he was bang on there
Share and enjoy.
Yeah but if one president gets taken out by an AI slaughterbot the next one will press the button on the big nuke with ‘China’ written on it. I don’t see an AI arms race in our future it would be in nobody’s best interests we already have WMD.
Never say never though, as my mum says ![]()
Bloody hell
Would it not almost be easier to interfere, scramble, disrupt and neutralise something that is essentially a computer and electronics? Even by just placing big magnets around them, haha.
They must be working on this too?
Christ. Didn’t need that on a rainy Saturday morning. All hail the slaughterbots

Could unplug it at the wall.
