Ha l’aria di essere buono ma dove sono il Parmigiano e l’aceto balsamico?
È una foto di merda, ma l’insalata conteneva cipolla rossa, glassa di aceto balsamico, rucola, scaglie di Parmigiano e pomodorini arrosto.

Plaice with creamy lime, shallot and coriander sauce. And yeah that’s rice as a side. Nothing too crazy but fish and any kind of citrus is always banging.

I liked it but honestly I don’t know if I’m down with anything other than butter or batter for plaice.
I love a good creamy sauce! Could be an Alpine thing…
I definitely cooked the plaice in far too much butter first though.
