As a kid, I sometimes went on a family holiday to Kent to see my uncle who lives in Tenterden. My dad was always frothing at the mouth about oast houses that we’d see dotted about the countryside and would often launch into rants and tirades about why we didn’t have them in Dublin or how David Winter replica minature oast houses and cottages were better thant Lilliput Lane replicas…
