100% then when they finally let us all out everyone’ll forget, go fucking mental, get shitty drunk, get it then we start the circle of shite all over again
The English university I work at is still yet to tell students that teaching will be online for the foreseeable. They will ‘review the situation’ in mid-Feb. I cannot see students coming back this academic year, but university managers have made some fairly reckless decisions over the last few months so we shall see.
Oh fuck these people to hell. It’s the sort of Michael Fabricants who say “I’m not really a political person, I don’t like the arguing”, well if you’re not a political person then shut the fuck up and don’t spew your uninformed opinions.
I really want to make a video timelining all the government’s actions since the start of the outbreak. It would be a fucking huge task but if it can make a few people wake up to the government’s incompotance it would be worth it

Adam Curtis would do a good job I think.

You could do that just re travel restrictions (or lack thereof) or approach to schools (vice versa), or PPE supply etc. You wouldn’t even need to do it all.
They’ll be shitting it over rent rebates - mine is.
Charlie Brooker’s - Antiviral Wipe, does a good job of breaking down the first half of 2020 to help. Edit: The whole thing is still on iPlayer.

Anyone else having trouble sleeping recently? Sleeping patterns are fucked in this house. A few of my colleagues are saying the same. Feeling tired but not sleepy. So lame.
Israel seems to currently be the world’s vaccine experiment. They’re currently at 40% vaccinated. I reckon if they reach 100% and numbers plummet it’s going to make a lot of governments start easing lockdowns hard
Got my teacher’s home test kit today. Such a glamorous life we lead. Twice a week apparently.
Sleep is fucked in our house to. Kids bed times have just drifted later and later. And then are getting up later
My attention span is

Thought this was pretty comprehensive:
Cheers I’ll give that a watch. My thought was just an infographic type video, just a timeline of every single event that happened and on what day, with references between the relevant events to highlight the times between different actions happening, etc. Dunno it makes sense in my head but it would be a huge task.

I’m back in the office 2 days a week - so I have a half a routine now. but still staring at the ceiling for a few hours in the very early morning. Don’t feel more tired though…
