I checked my eligibility a few weeks ago, and couldn’t get it despite being told I had a good chance of getting it early due to my cancer treatment a few years back 
Keep checking, apparently there are slots before theyre announced on the news so you can get in and book a day/hours maybe before everyone piles in

I had no side effects from my Dolly Parton pro model jab. Bit groggy tired & a dead arm but that was it.

Scottish announcement today about whether or not Monday’s promised reopening is going ahead. I think it will, just not in Glasgow.
Or Moray, where it’s bad too, but whatever.
Fuck I hope not, I finally made some plans to see my family for the first time in 2 years when things ease up to the next step. I’ll be fucking gutted if I have to cancel. Hopefully they’ll just narrow down the gab between jabs, or start jabbing more younger folk.
It’s Boris, he has literally shut the stable door after the horse has bolted on every occasion during this pandemic. I can’t imagine today will be any different.

step 2 - UK does nothing to close borders
step 3 - UK adds India to “red list”
step 4 - UK does nothing to close borders
step 5 - India variant found in the UK
step 6 - UK does nothing to close borders
step 7 - India variant spreads like wildfire
step 8 - UK releases lockdown and walks away like everything is fine
it’s March 2020 all over again really
edit - the only silver lining here is that so far scientists are suggesting that the India variant could be no more transmissable than our current shitshow and that actually it gets fully neutralized by vaccines

Lockdown-easing for Glasgow next week just got cancelled.
Did I hear that right? Boris said there’s be more restrictions if things got bad again? Isn’t that directly against what he said a few months back?
