Agree, nobody is sure what you’re asking.
But a couple of things you’ve said show sympathies and arguments against being vaxxed or maybe worried about future effects.

I’m not wading in to the to’ing and fro’ing but just to address this assumption. I already posted this in Pointless Topics a while back in answer to a question posed. Seeing as the subject sort of popped up again -
Vaccines work by training the body to recognise and respond to the proteins produced by disease-causing organisms, such as a virus or bacteria. Traditional vaccines are made up of small or inactivated doses of the whole disease-causing organism, or the proteins that it produces, which are introduced into the body to provoke the immune system into mounting a response, (see AZ vaccine).
mRNA vaccines, (Pfizer and Moderna), in contrast, cause the body to produce some of the viral proteins itself. They work by using mRNA, or messenger RNA, which is the molecule that essentially puts DNA instructions into action. Inside a cell, mRNA is used as a template to build a protein. An mRNA is basically like a pre-form of a protein and its sequence encodes what the protein is basically made of later on.
To produce an mRNA vaccine, scientists produce a synthetic version of the mRNA that a virus uses to build its infectious proteins. This mRNA is delivered into the human body, whose cells read it as instructions to build that viral protein, and therefore create some of the virus’s molecules themselves. These proteins are solitary, so they do not assemble to form a virus. The immune system then detects these viral proteins and starts to produce a defensive response to them.

Not questioning, just understanding and putting out there that humans are fallible so I can see why these questions get asked, not that i am asking them myself. When you put those highlighted points against my solid opinion stated that I agree the vaccine is the right choice and anti vax is pretty much the opinion of the selfish and stupid then maybe you would see that I am not making a point to question the vaccine itself only that maybe there are things yet to learn about something that may have not gone through the years of tests that other medicine will have.
And yeah, again, i’m confusing but we all cherry pick points, scan, reply on a point that triggers us before reading the whole thing etc etc. We all do it and anyone that denies it is lying.
A friend posted this on Facebook earlier
"Do people really not see the amount of vaccinated people getting “covid” fml …its not rocket science guys,
the jab IS THE DELTA VARIENT. STOP BEING IGNORANT SHEEP"
We all know there are possible side effects as there are with all medicines.
We don’t know yet what all the side effects are.
But we know the possible side effects are on average less risky than getting Covid.
Aren’t we all agreed on this? What the beef?
THANKYOU! Parmo
my point exactly and why the innocent question was asked.
There really shouldn’t be any beef, and there isn’t, still love Voodz.
That wording again ‘my innocent question’, ‘you’re belittling me’. It was a very loaded question.
One specific question or many questions? Which is it?
My question: Has anyone know of anyone that has noticed any changes in period contraception? Very innocent and not in any way anti vax related.
BUT because I was responding to Hugo’s pic at the same time I stated that I understood why the anti vax statement of “but it’s rolled out too quickly” because of the fact that there are going to be side effects that grow and change due to the nature of vaccines and how they are developed etc.
So, only one question asked but yes, other questions mentioned but I wasn’t asking them. I was stating that some of these questions are not 100% unquestionable and specific to antivaxxers, just that anti vaxxers ask or pose them for puerly selfish and stupid reasons.
Anyway, parmo put us all right.
My only issue with this whole thing is that you (Voodoo) suggested that I was taking advice off facebook rather than science and that is the opposite of what I said or meant.
Voodoo, fuck off mate, you’re a fucking drip.
Ladies.
Was at West Wittering today. Rammed, probably got Covid.
Really? That’s just along the road.
It’s only got one road in and out so it turns into a shit show even on mellow days.
Keith Richards lives there.
Near you? About two hours from me, but I love it there. Luckily we took a dog. The dog beach had more space ![]()
I’m meeting a mate and we’re going Slam Dunk Festival in Hatfield next Sunday. Staying in a hotel, doing some sightseeing around London on the day before to make a weekend of it (actually probably just go by Vicky Park to pay our respects at the Raemers memorial and get some food). Absolutely gassed to see live music, but in the back of my mind I know it’s a bad idea. I’m personally willing to take the risk in as careful a way as possible (no dancing in the pit, masking up on public transport, sanitiser on me at all times etc), but I’m still feeling a bit hypocritical that I would be like “look at all those brians going clubbing, I’m not like them.” It’s really conflicting.
Ya, 20 minutes away.
Cheeky skate next time? Anywhere chill around there?
Yer fully. I’m double jabbed now, feel safe enough. I have a nearly 3 year old who is so sociable it’s fucking impossible.
Yeah plenty of bits to keep you interested.
Give us a shout next time.
Probably be soon mate. Can bring all the U.K. 7s your Mrs has haha.
Ha, I’ll do my best.
