Great episode. The Ben stuff was really well handled and hearing Knox talk about it was very moving. I know it would have been too painful to revisit, but it would have been useful to hear what the ‘tell-tale’ signs were leading up to Ben’s death. One a practical level, it would be useful to know so we can look out for one another.

I took it to mean that the signs were there about Ben’s own personal troubles at the time rather than things to look out for in people in general and that’s why they didn’t want to go to deep into it.
Very enjoyable episode. It was nice to see different faces for once rather than the usual ones that seem to always crop up in these.

As simple as it may be, I found the whiteboard thing quite inspiring. I’m awful for rotting in bed till the last minute then rushing round and always feel worse for it. Having something written down in front of me the second I wake up to make me accountable for those tasks could be really helpful!
