Either that or we all get two teams perhaps?
Or, potentially, say there’s an uneven number of people who wish to partake, so say 15 people want to join. Then we take what unanimously would be agreed to be the top 15 teams (perhaps agree on it by what the bookies have down as the top 15 teams likely to win) from the 24 and divide those amongst ourselves, with the probability being that the likes of North Macedonia, Slovakia, etc. aren’t going to win so we can exclude.
That would allow for more people to join should they wish to.
