Mainoo looks absolutely quality imo. Forget his age. He’s slotted into that Utd midfield and bossed it. Absolutely quality.

@Bish Botman out for 6-9 months no wonder Lascelles got a new deal.

That’s a chunk of budget on a CB this summer then.

Aye I saw…

Should of had the op in Oct from looks of it, risked it and it’s not paid off sadly.

Looks like we’ve given Dummett another 1 year extension as well.

I think because of this there’s an even bigger chance we’ll sell Bruno.

A couple of surprises in central defence plus a few more on the bench…

I used to work with the guy who wrote that

Tarkowski is a good centre back, doesn’t surprise me.

If Foden doesn’t get some more starts now then he might as well give up on England.

Gooooo Waaaaalleeeesss

Huge Wales win tonight. Had to watch it in a bar in Barca that was playing awful house music thought. Still……I enjoyed it.

really stoked for Wales. too much fuss has been made of Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey. the Wales squad has some fantastic players in it like Harry Wilson, Brennan Johnson etc. and this media insistence on old pro’s who happened to be Welsh but never really seemed to give a shit or ā€œdid itā€ for the national team can move on now hopefully

I don’t remember there being the same backlash with the 2010 Peter Saville kit?

Haha imagine that being released now with the rainbow St George crosses. The gammons would be going fucking nuclear!

Don’t really think it’s much to get angry about, that said I can’t picture America doing a similar thing or almost any other nation really. Odd language used around it too with words like ā€˜playful’.

Nike are already on a poor wicket after the lack of the Mary Earps shirt last year and the price of this one being extortionate from what I’ve heard so I’m surprised they’ve made any kind of move like this.

He’ll do a photoshoot behind the bar pulling a pint next!

I see our PM has weighed in on the subject now too.

Politics boiled down to who can shag the flag the hardest. Pathetic.

society in 2010 wasn’t being subjected to the constant barrage of culture war ridiculousness from both sides

at least one of these idiots mentioned the price of the shirts being an issue. Ā£120 for a kid’s shirt? what the fuck that’s outrageous. clearly Rishi didn’t mention it because that’s pennies to him

Ennit. I’ll hold tight for the bloke down the pub with a binbag full of knockoffs

I really don’t care to be honest. It looks okay.

…buuuut come on it’s the national flag ffs, haha of course people are going to get pissed off about it. It’s not Nikes playful, plaything to do with as they like. I’d say most countries would be pissed with a corporation changing their flag on their National kit.
National games bring out the biggest flag wavers going in all countries, how did they think they’d not be a fuss? Or they did and wanted one. Haha.

You were also always going to get people saying that they just want to watch a game of football without causes being forced upon them and again and again, ect. I fully get the racist associations the flag has too but also the pride and respect people have in it for the sacrifices made in wars to defend it.
Maybe save it for the training kit or some England fashion tees?

In conclusion I won’t be paying that price for it whatever flags on it, haha.

Genuinly surprised at the outrage about it from some colleagues when I came into the office this morning. I really couldn’t give two tosses!
