Yeah, they have been awful, and a squad made up of Dyche’s Burnley allstars and others who would struggle to get in that squad 5 years after they got relegated.

Doesn’t make sense to me, Jota and Diaz will bring goals when they’re fit and they have so many other forwards like Nunez or Gakpo. The price makes sense I suppose.

Heard on the radio earlier that Salah, TAA and VVD’s contracts are all up at the end of this season. Unless they sign extensions they could all could walk for free.

I think this is why he’s coming. All of Liverpool’s forwards missed at least some games due to injury last season.
Although Chiesa himself is very injury prone too. He had a bad knee injury and has struggled to regain his 2021 form thereafter. Hope he comes good but Italian players don’t always do that well in England bar a few exceptions.
