Liverpool will probably still win this game or at least draw it but this is the best I’ve seen a PSG team play for many years

Yep, LFC’s playing out from the back was so sloppy. Misplaced passes, poor control, generally all over the place and yet somehow managed to keep a clean sheet. Proper backs to the wall shit.

i’m still annoyed at that match. the first time PSG have looked like they’re not a massive bunch of Michael Fabricants who can’t play as a team and they still lose

Yeah, really got away with it in the first half. Second half apparently he told Diaz not to press and you can see how it really changed things up and they looked more assured.
Poor PSG though, towards the end of the second half it felt like they’d sort of resigned themselves to not getting through and after the goal Liverpool looked like Liverpool again and perhaps could have got a second. Football bloody hell

literally did nothing wrong for 45 minutes, made some chances, could’ve done better. then one absolutely stupid decision from Trossard and a world class free kick and they’re 1-0 down at OT again
