He was brilliant a few seasons ago, but then got injured for England U21’s and hasn’t been the same since.
It’s a make or break season for him to see if he can get back to his previous level with some regular game time - something he wouldn’t get at Villa.
As a Villa fan, I’m very happy (and a bit surprised) we got £40M for him.
