Just watched the highlights and I don’t understand at all how that Konsa challenge didn’t get given as a pen

They say you need a bit of luck to win or at least go far in a World Cup, England got some with the pen. They’ll go through no matter what now, it’s just if they top the group or not. Ghana came to play for a point, that should be more embarrassing but Tuchel got the big team decisions wrong and needs to sort it out before the next match and also fix the defence that we all saw was dodgy against Croatia.
Any way Scotland need to try and get something against Brazil tonight or at least not get smashed to have any hope in going through.

We were playing him, watched him myself. He played in over 40 EPL games in 2 seasons.
We needed to raise 65million in 3 days, so him and Minteh went that summer.
The company and player line seems to be that he wanted to play and wasn’t getting the games. I spose that’s less embarrassing in hindsight than letting him go for that.

i don’t understand how Tuchel spent half the match screaming at Spence and Gordon and then left them on for so long. he doesn’t seem like a “i’ll just leave things and let them cook” kind of manager and he didn’t do that in the first game. it clearly wasn’t working and we were so pedestrian - literally the only player i can think of who had a good game in the first hour was Anderson, everyone else was shit

It’s more that he doesn’t have any other words than football vocab so he pauses and stutters in a spitty thufferin thucketash way when he doesn’t know how to fill the gaps of his knowledge.
Nah we had to because of PSR.
We were going to fall foul of the limits that year and since he’s an academy player he was pure profit to sell him.
Howe publicly came out to say he didn’t want to sell him and I’ve heard any fans say they wanted him to leave.
That said for him personally it’s worked out great, he’s getting first team games and it’s helped him progress so much quickly!
Still gutted we lost him though.

Thats what I said here isn’t it we had to sell him, but he was playing.
I just don’t think clubs put enough stock in players that are playing for their boyhood clubs. Someone should of been having the long term outlook to look at the bigger picture and not end up watching Forrest turn down 120 mil from City. It’s not rocket science this stuff but owners are complete bell ends. He’ll be 140 after the WC.
