I was going to say this in the other thread but I’ll say it here instead.
Callun who makes these is a full time landlord and nobody in the video receives any £ for skating whatsoever. Yet they continue to create shit of this level.
Whatever you think - they deserve huge respect.

Yep massive respect for putting out a video filled with skateboarding as such a high level of difficulty. Some of the moves are actually fucked up.

James Bush’s Verso style end section has to be some of the most (tasteful) technical skating this country has ever witnessed.

That was seriously special.

His brown bar destruction continues. I’d rank his 180 fakie manny as slightly better but that ender was still ridiculous.

I saw James Gazzard skate the indoor at roller snakes a few weeks ago. Had no idea who he was at the time, but he smashed that place to pieces. Really impressive.

This is switch right?

This is a mental statement

Bush is great but he’s like James Craig great, tasteful not the word to use for either but very tech

It was more in regards to the proliferation of supertech, as seen on Youtube/Insta, which is certainly much more spinny/flippy but does not fall within the general concensus of what is tasteful.

That said, there was little in that that could be described as being overtly asthetically unappealling (however I do appreciate you and I sit at the opposite sides of the overton window of skateboard trickery).

Yeah bushys tech is flawless.
It’s criminal that he’s never been given the oppurtunity to get out and travel properly.
As technically amazing as he is, I imagine we’ve probably only seen a glimpse of what he could do if he got the nod from the right people

Does make you wonder what certain people would have become if they were proactive and made moves. Much like Barney Page. Staying in this country with a typical life would have seen his name disappear into obscurity like so many other potential skaters but he went off and has become one of our greatest exports.

I disagree with last 2 posts. He is as tech as they come but it’s not flawless and he’s not the easiest on the eye

All that would happen if he travelled and had better spots is that he’d be a bit more tech and the spots would be better

As far as I’m concerned he’s accomplished more than most on his skateboard but I don’t think he’d ever become a super pro or have better sponsors because he’s not the complete package and this type of skating isn’t as popular right now

Might have been more accomplished in the 90’s where it was substance over style

Legend still
