Maybe but back when I was involved in doing mags their main heads basically got ignored by a section of the skate media too.

Yeah I always found it weird how grey/north etc ignored them completely - going back to the days when I had a skate-related job.
Hopefully I’m wrong and I’ve just missed it but it feels like they’ve been cool-guyed a bit. There’s clearly no denying the fact that their collective output is as progressive and as spot hungry as anyone’s. Maybe the ‘wrong’ sponsors as it feels as though if any of them rode for nike/vans/adidas that they’d be included

Just made me chuckle that Sweetheart has had the nod from the Quartersnacks cool guys today.

Watched this for the first time just now after reading the comments earlier in the week when it was released. Actually thought it was pretty great. You don’t regularly see UK skating at this level. No real filler in the video, and it didn’t outstay its welcome (found some previous GL videos a bit long).

I asked him to do a switch tre firecracker at the skatepark once and he did it first try.

A deeply gifted skateboarder and one of the nicest people going. Just a top top guy
