Comes across as a nice guy, wife, kids, hardworking, name on a deck, trucks, wheels, a few shoes and skates low key gnarly spots on the other side of the Atlantic really well.
Easy target I guess.
Not watched GH much since late last year when he first started on TK, didn’t gel with me. Far more amusing targets out there.
Not a good GH video, only 1 or 2 good bits, he’s coasting off his reputation here. The illusion of humour and he stomps his punchlines too much. Har har
Kind of agree the Dickies clobber isn’t v good but is there anyone making nice skate clothing these days?
@33:30 - ‘It’s crazy how the average Nine Club viewer’s interpretation of the universe could be so fucking far from the truth.’’
Well, it’s a fact we all suspected but if there was any doubt on the validity of GH’s statement, it is 100% backed up by a comment I saw in Bryce Wettstein’s episode comments section. Which, incidentally, I knew would be absolutely unwatchable but gave a go anyway. I got as far as two bars in to that infuriating ukulele bullshit intro before wanting to nuke my tv. Some total idiot had commented that Bryce is in fact, ‘‘the modern day Neil Blender’, ffs
The coffee slam debunk video was so good I’ve watched it twice.
I wonder if he could’ve admitted it was fake before all this and still managed to get away with it or make it seem more funny in a way that he’d tricked everyone all this time.
To be honest, the Gifted Hater video has probably enhanced the video in some way. It will have generated lots of new views for it and has got people talking about a video that has been in circulation for over a decade now. Gives it a more interesting backstory/‘lore’ now.
