Checked out the new indoor spot in Cambridge last night. Mini ramp is perfect and the street course is good fun to bomb around on. Check it out if you can the guys and gals down there are doing good things.
Maybe see some of you at the next pipe and slippers night

I’ve wanted to skate a wooden mini ramp in ages. Gonna get a skate at Creation in Brum soon.
I took my son to the local indoor this afternoon but it was mad busy with scooter kids and he noped out, so went back this evening on my own and had a solid two hours tonight.
Kept it chilled and just did repeated sets of tricks - 10 ollies, 5 f/s ollies, 5 b/s ollies, 5 b/s pop shuvs, 5 f/s pop shuvs, 5 kickflips etc etc. Oddly enough heelflips are gone at the moment and I don’t know why haha. Caught my ankles and shins a few times, mainly on spinning tricks.
Will see if my lad wants to practise in a car park if it is dry tomorrow - Ramp 1 for the finals tomorrow would be nice but would prefer to stay close to home and haven’t got the energy for a day out at the moment.

Went to buy badminton racquets yesterday and did a Kickflip in flat first go on a shitty Decathlon board.

Reminds me of a place in Bidston on the Wirral. The floor was almost V shaped due to subsidence haha
We had another in Bromborough on the retail park for a short summer. Nothing like modern DIY. I think Curry’s took the unit in the end.

Very last minute ramp one visit this afternoon. Beat the rain rain learned a new trick my mate taught a kid who had been skating 2 weeks to drop in for the first time did stuff on flat banks, whats not to like. ?

Couple of hours tonight. Pretended to be in my early twenties and tried to keep up with da yoot. Did ok until my left calf went pop at about 20:45. I fucking love skating, its the best.
