Shoot loads of people?

Like who? They’ll end up shooting each other and the police so maybe a good thing.

Might be a country we don’t rely on for trade deals that we are desperate for post Brexit.
Oh bollocks.
They’ll be too busy fighting their own internal war to want to do us any favours.
Reliance on the US was always a stupid directive but now of all times, sheesh.

To undo everything good that’s happened since the last one.

They’ll be screaming from the rooftops about it until his kids are pensioners. Trump has eyes on building a ruling dynasty with his kids and their partners, Ivanka and Jared Kushner being cases in point.

Trump going will change politics here as well I think. Trump’s victory was really the wind in the sails for the Brexiters, Johnson all those stupid Michael Fabricants. Once he’s gone the whole thing will fall apart and Brexit will look even more obviously ridicuous to more people than it already does. We’ll be even more marginalised on the world stage as the US and the major EU countries have governments that are more closely aligned and the conversation will begin to turn to how to undo it all.

Here we go again. Affecting a few here I think.

That seems really out of the blue to me.

Hancock says it got nothing to do with Eid, I’m not sure I believe him. The timing is terrible, there was a Muslim guy on the radio just now saying that it’s the equivalent of making the same announcement on Christmas Eve. People are going to be well pissed off.

Yeah especially as restaurants and pubs are opening in in Leicester. Doesn’t make sense

Well you can trace people to pubs and restaurants but the risk is still the same

Didn’t think of that, that sucks.

Ramadan must have been shit too as they couldn’t have Iftar. Went to a couple of Iftars in Dubai and it’s great.

I wonder what Christmas will be like this year. I fucking love it, I’m always the annoying prick that’s all about it and pisses everyone off.

basically getting a bit better at running calculations on acceptable hospital admissions and deaths…roll on the vaccine

No.
Did wonder and it seems typical that someone in such a position would be having his name withheld.

Pretty sure they don’t generally release names until the person is charged. This is pretty standard.

They haven’t suspended him either.

They didn’t wait for a charge in this example either…

That’s an allegation that has come through the media. This is news of an arrest that’ll have come from a news release from police. Even so, look at the police statement - no identifiable information at all:

A woman has alleged that she was raped by a man in his 50s. The incident is alleged to have occurred in May 2016 at a location in Westminster.

It’s much better this way. It’s to protect presumption of innocence. ā€œTrial by Mediaā€ is so fucked up.
