Apologies if it’s lame to post this (happy to remove if people think so) but it is news.

Former Sidewalk cover star just got sent down for 12 years. :frowning:

Fuck! He just came up in a big way in a chat I was having with somebody for a thing. Damn. Guess he won’t be up for a chat for a while.

Chris Fowler is all over this. Don’t know if anyone remembers his ufo articles in early sidewalk…he’s still into it

The first time we nearly lost all our advertising was when we put Chris Fowler on the cover for services to prang.
Edit: the amount of people that myself and Harry Bastard deeply disturbed with vhs info gleaned from Chris is innumerable.

That issue had a whole heap of southwest coverage in it though, so it wasn’t totally left field to have a playing place cover right?

Damn, this sucks. Such a shame he’s fallen so far.

Somewhat unkindly, we used to refer to him as spud 'ead back in the day. He fits the bill even better now.

Surprised he’s not got himself a new nose …… unless that’s what he got nicked for .

Yeah it was around the issue of ‘covers need to be aspirational - I could do that - it’s not a good trick - he’s a nobody’ etc.

More dark Bam news.

Got to see Tony McPhee play a couple of years back at a jam for Micky Jones in Pontardawe, despite his voice being knackered he was still playing good on 'ye old guitar. R.I.P

Going to blast a lot of Split today.

Grim.

Feel a bit sick after reading that.

I can’t even read the headline let alone the details
