I actually hate washing up but my first job was dishwasher at my local pub. That was nasty. When youâre hungry the smell of roasts, gravy and custard is sort of appealing and totally disgusting at the same time

Tbh I couldnât believe it when I ran a studio and gallery a couple years ago, with a bunch of lads in their late 20âs/early 30s, I was the only one out of about 5 people who had the ability to use power tools properly, know how to paint a wall/floor, and other mad shit, was absolutely baffled. They would hammer enormous nails for tiny things, put huge slobs of paint on the wall instead of thin coats. Building that space with them was the biggest fucking nightmare ever. Constantly fucking my drill, trying to make unhinged constructions from wood.
