Heâs like a polished robot of Burnquist, but in the most amazing way. Same oozing style and crazy progression, just no wrecklessness.
Has anyone ever done a no-grab 720?
Yes. But not on vert, Jake Brown did a 720 ollie in a mega ramp comp over the gap.
Someone could do a fakie 720 Ollie on vert.
double cab
Yeah I saw that, I meant on vert.
I want to see a regular no grab 720 Ollie. Would be so sick.
I know, thatâs why I want to see it more than a double cab!
That 540 is so sick, but imagine one more rotation and landing it backside, it would be amazeballs
Never gave it any thought before but Iâm surprised Bob Burnquist hasnât done this one.
720 to fakie is so gnar anywayâŠBucky was the first to do that in The End, right? Feel like that was always underrated.
Canât imagine many have done them since.
A no grab one would be insanity.
A caballerial on transition always seems to be about timing the spin right to get the pop and the board to stick to your feet. It doesnât feel like it would lend it self to extra spinning. Has anyone done a no grab fakie 540 as an example?
Iâm struggling to think of a no grab fakie 540 at allâŠMust have been done, right?
@Mark is good with this sort of knowledge
Well, that settles that then. Total shutdown.
Canât think of any off the top of my head. Doesnât sound like a âcentrepieceâ trick tho, more like some end credits mucking about stuff.
Bet Bobâs done it. And probably a load of 12 year olds.
Bobs biggest contribution to the fakie spin would be his fakie to fakie 900 on the mega.
I have no Idea why but I feel i have seen a no handed fakie to fakie 540 ollie in some small wheels era vid. I may be totally wrong but I can just picture it in something like H street Lick or something. Although it could be more like a cab revert.
Ollie 540âs arenât a huge rarity at this point. But fakie to fakie 540 without a grab is what we are looking forâŠHas it really not been done?
I kind of checked out on spin counting once Mitch Brusco did that 1080 on a megaramp. I feel like if it isnât being done on a âproperâ vert ramp then it isnât something I am too interested in. Obviously there are exceptionsâŠbut, yâknowâŠ
This isnât new but I canât find the Gnarly thread.
âTake me to that Barney Page spot, I got something!â
