i really struggle to judge the age of people younger than me now. she looks about 14 but skates like she’s doing a demo for Flip in the early 2000s. goddamn

edit - she’s 13 and i’ve just realised it’s the heelflip fairy from years back. holy fuck balls she is insanely talented

I’ve seen her skate in the flesh a few times and it is truly stunning how good she is.

She’s Brazilian remember, their culture and attitude to sport/success is very different from the American version.
Nike already have her as the face of loads of Brazilian female empowerment campaigns (not SB, bigger than that) so I’m sure she’ll have an agent etc already.

Shecklers skate career was not exactly great either. The wonder kid who ended up being the Justin beiber of skating. Luckily he came out the other side Ok but fuck me he was exploited and it was cringe.
So naturally As skaters we don’t want repeats , especially in this time of social media , celebrity etc.
