And so he should. Iâll never understand a response like that especially when the person isnât a physical threat and when their age isnât obvious. The kid is 15 so that security guard has 100% got to lose his job.

Some good technique on that trip/throw from the security guard. He must train Jiu Jitsu or Judo. Should know better not to use it on a kid, despite how cheeky he may have been.

He probably knows that if it comes out what he said to the guard that it wonât look good on him. Says he canât remember, but I doubt it. If thatâs the case it in no way deserved what he got.
Kids say some cunty things without thought of repurcussion. But damn, this repurcussion was not on.
Skaters could have avoided all that by just moving on.
Granted the security sounded verbally aggressive - which is a good signal to move on for the skaters - so to then knock his hat off kind of feels like a provocation to escalate. The security guard used some self defence sweep that actually looked fairly controlled in that he maintained grip on the skater as he fell. But yeah, donât poke the bear.
Thatâs the same sort of logic as donât dress provocatively in front of men.
