it’s down to the person, they can be shot into a crazy life, do some crazy things and mess up and when they become irrelevant they spiral downward into insanity or they can make mistakes, learn from them and come down to earth and be better people. Or they could be superhuman and not let any of it go to their head at all.
It’s quite a complicated issue sure. It’s just in most other sports children are not competing in the same category as adults. Generally they have time to find their feet. Maybe Sky will stay grounded and not be affected by this but there are many cases of people going off the boil when they find such acclaim and have such expectation put on them at a young age.
They’re are kids literally slaving away making our iPhones and trainers. So we can skate and film tricks. It could be worse, you know?
Ok …
This is so sick, I love that spinnywizzers are getting popular. Seen a few street 540s recently too.
Yeh. I don’t know how he stayed on the board
Haha, would you actually wear them?
You’ve changed
Here’s an idea if you’re so worried about a child being abused. Why not call the authorities to get the child taken into care? Than getting likes off child abuse on Instagram? You had better be 100% sure when you go about accusing anyone of child abuse. I hope her parents respond.
Yeah just banging that out there for your 295k followers is purely crackers to be honest
The Feach is clearly a tit but at no point does he say he thinks this is child abuse. He claims child exploitation. Semantics, I know - but there is an important difference.
Direct quote from his Insta Post …‘I get the feeling, as a lot of people do, that it might be you, the parents, who are orchestrating this shitshow of child abuse for the whole world to see’
What LA said.
Just let him call it out if he wants, it’s on his head if it’s untrue. You make your bed and you lie in it. Questioning things is healthy, it’s his right, he maybe jumped to conclusions but he’ll have to answer to that if he’s debunked.
Even if he’s wrong that video was still a shit show.
Not watched it but sounds like that needs calling out at least. Might just be an ill judged media splurge.
Definitely question things, but trial and sentence by Instagram? A child doesn’t land in hospital with those injuries without social services sniffing about, asking questions, as the hospital will have to report it. So the parents will be under a massive microscope by the professionals right now, so we’ll see what they conclude.
You’re just highlighting one of the bad things about the internet. The fact that people can type something, even defamatory and it will stick to a degree because people can easily get whipped up by things.
That why it’s hard when you want to buy something or go eat somewhere etc and you go on the web to get feedback. In one way you can dodge a bullet but in other ways you get ill informed people spreading misjudged facts about things. We forget that complete morons are on the other side of the screen. Just because it’s there in black and white does not mean it’s right.
